Because each edit is a bespoke service, we kindly require bookings to be made a minimum of 7 days in advance.
Session Flow
We arrive 15 minutes early. Preparation matters.
We stay 15 minutes after. You should never feel rushed.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Our work begins well before we meet. We begin preparing your Edit within 24 hours of receiving your request, reviewing your style notes, building your visual direction, and reserving one of our limited weekly slots exclusively for you.
To respect our limited weekly availability, all appointments are confirmed with a 24-hour cancellation window.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable, as each slot is intentionally held for you and cannot be rebooked last-minute.
You can reschedule up to 3 times.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who do not attend their scheduled session will forfeit the full session fee. This protects the time, research, and creative work dedicated to your appointment.
However, we understand that life is unpredictable, so genuine emergencies may be considered for rescheduling.
